Much less than I expected. Many blank pages and repetition to make it "book" size. Nothing close to what a Cliff's Notes version would be. This should have cost 99 cents. I heard the actual book was excellent, I guess that I deserve what I got for trying to cut corners.
I read the book first and bought this to share with coworkers. I really enjoyed the book but you lose a lot of context with this summary.
Not exactly "cliff-notes", but gives an adequate overview - similar to reading the book cover. The book itself is engaging enough that you really don't need the summary. Skip the summary, get the book - reads very easy.
Be warned: This is not really a book and there are no descriptions of combat. Instead it is a very thin, 31 page (large type) book of leadership points. I have purchased and read many great books from Amazon. This is not one of them. The two authors are highly decorated SEAL veterans of the Iraq war. The points they make are certainly relevant, but none are of the "that's something I had never thought about" type. I was shocked when I received this as I had thought it would be a book with some interesting stories and post-op analysis. Unfortunately, I can not recommend it. Amazon should have done a better job of explaining that this was not a book. I was going to return it, but because I only paid $7.00, I didn't bother.

I downloaded a sample of the actual book, but was not sure whether it would help me grow as a leader or help to mentor others which is what drove my initial interest in the book. This very compact version appears to distill the key lessons from the actual book and I will most likely now purchase it to get a more in depth understanding. I would recommend the Instaread concept as I will be able to use the distilled version to help me clarify and communicate what I have learned.
